Over the past 12 months, I've been part of an exclusive group of
business owners that meets in person and online regularly with one goal in
mind: To help the other business owners in the group find ways to drive
their businesses forward. You've probably seen me blog and tweet about

Mastermind Group.
WHAT IS A MASTERMIND GROUP?
A Mastermind Group offers a combination of
masterminding, peer brainstorming, education and support in a group
setting to sharpen your business and personal skills.
The beauty of a mastermind groups is that participants raise the bar by
challenging each other to create and implement goals, brainstorm ideas,
and support each other with total honesty, respect and compassion.
Mastermind group members act as catalysts for growth, devil’s advocates
and supportive colleagues.
This is the essence and value of mastermind groups.
WHAT A
MASTERMIND GROUP IS NOT

A mastermind group is not a class.
While groups can vote to bring in guest speakers occasionally, the main
focus of a mastermind group is sharing among the group members.

A mastermind group is not group
coaching. Mastermind groups are about the MEMBERS sharing with each
other, not about the facilitator leading or coaching individuals in the
group.

A mastermind group is not a networking
and referral group. While you may share leads and resources with
each other, the main focus of a mastermind group is brainstorming and
support.
HOW THIS
WILL WORK
Taking into consideration just how widely
spread our members and readers are around the world, we will set up our
Top Shelf Mastermind Group online. You won't need to leave your house!
Once a month, all members will meet online
on a live webinar where we will discuss the challenges each business owner
wants to bring forward. Every member will be in the hot seat while the
other bar owners make suggestions and give ideas based on their own
successes.
Goals will be made and each member will hold
the other members accountable on the following month's call.

Limited to 10 Bar Owners who are willing to
share, contribute and grow their business, by application only. Not
everyone applying will be accepted.

Monthly accountability and "big ideas"
calls accessible over the web or by telephone.

Monthly access to an exclusive message
board/forum where mastermind members can post questions daily for the
other group members and facilitator (me) to answer.

Only 1 member per city/area so that your
competitors are guaranteed to not be on the calls.

Pay per Month - If you're not getting
value from the group (we'll work very hard to make sure this doesn't
